Attached is the agenda for the ninth meeting of the Colonial University Grants Advisory Committee on the 27th May.

Dr. Mellanby is coming at three o'clock to discuss the needs of University College, Ibadan, and I expect we shall not reach Item 10 (which concerns you) or Item 9 on Malaya until about 3.30. I suggest that if you or Mr. Mayle wish to be present for the discussion of the se items, you need not come, therefore, until 3.30 unless you would like to sit in for the earlier items.
